Print day sheets for check-in and other tasks staff mark on paper. Viewers, Operators and organization administrators can open the print preview. Trackside refreshes the data before its Print control opens browser printing.

Choose the sheets

  1. Open Rosters.
  2. Select Event day and check Roster payment mode.
  3. Select Print Preview.
  4. Check Event day and Payment mode in the preview.
  5. Choose Group sheets, Day summary or Add-on rosters in Sheets.
  6. For group sheets, choose All groups, one group or Rental bookings in Groups.

The roster's preview link keeps its selected day and payment mode. An event or dashboard Print link uses the organization's current public payment mode. Check the mode each time you enter from another screen. Sandbox identity appears on every test sheet.

Group sheets include confirmed riders, their vehicles, coaches, extras, contact details and selected answers. They include staff notes, coach/student lists and blank rows for walk-ups. Day summary shows group counts, coaches and add-on totals. Add-on rosters group bookings by purchased add-on title.

Roster search and pagination do not limit the sheets. The selected sheets include every confirmed booking in their scope. Each group starts on a separate sheet, with extra pages when needed.

Refresh and print

  1. Select Refresh to read current data.
  2. Check Data as of and the sheet headers.
  3. Select Print.
  4. Review the browser's print preview in landscape orientation.
  5. Choose your printer and print.

The preview timestamp uses the organization's timezone. The snapshot stays stable while the print dialog is open. Trackside disables printing after a failed refresh. Resolve the error before you print.

If a selected group is unavailable, choose a valid group or All groups. If the day cannot load, use Choose Another Day. Trackside does not silently print a different selection. Use Back to Roster to return to the selected day and payment mode.

Set checkbox columns

Organization administrators configure up to two extra checkbox columns. The standard Checked in and Tech columns always appear. Staff mark these columns on paper.

  1. Under Event Setup, open Printed Sheets.
  2. Enter Extra checkbox column 1 and Extra checkbox column 2 as needed.
  3. Leave an extra column blank to omit it.
  4. Select Save Columns.
  5. Refresh the print preview to check the columns.

Each extra label has at most 40 characters.

Include registration answers

  1. Open Checkout Questions.
  2. Edit the registration question you need on paper.
  3. Select Show answer on printed group sheets.
  4. Save the question.
  5. Refresh the print preview to check the answer.

Flagged answers appear below the rider's main row alongside staff notes. Removed or unflagged questions do not appear on sheets. Roster answer corrections appear in the current sheets.
