A coaching offering is the product a rider buys. Coach profiles describe the people who deliver it. Create coach records before adding an offering. Only organization admins can change offerings. Your organization needs a Trackside site to sell coaching.

Create the offering

  1. Open Coaching Offerings under Products & Checkout.
  2. Select Add Offering.
  3. Enter Name, Description, and Sessions.
  4. Choose Selection.
  5. Set the full price under Price schedule.
  6. Use Add Price Change for each later price.
  7. Choose the eligible Groups.
  8. Select the included coaches under Coaches.

With Pool — we assign a coach, Trackside assigns an available eligible coach at checkout. All coaches in the pool use the offering price. With Named — the rider picks a coach, the rider selects a coach from the offering. An offering without coaches cannot sell.

Leave the first price start blank to apply that price from the start. Later prices take effect at their start time in your organization's time zone.

Set payment terms

Choose Full price online under Charge to collect the full price at checkout. Choose Deposit online, balance to the coach to collect a deposit. Set Deposit and Balance payee for that option. A blank payee uses the coach as the payee. Trackside shows the balance due but does not collect it.

For named offerings, enter a coach's own price or deposit beside their name when needed. A price override replaces the offering's schedule for that coach. Leave either override blank to use the offering's value. Every effective deposit must be positive and no greater than that coach's lowest full price.

Set Display order when needed. Select Save Offering.

Check day availability

  1. Open Events under Operations.
  2. Open the event and find its day.
  3. Check the offering's checkbox under Coaching.
  4. Select each working coach under Coaches.
  5. Check for errors after each change.

Day checkboxes save immediately. Hosted days start with the offering's group rules until you set a day override. Rental days start with coaching disabled. Select the offerings available on each rental day.

Both the offering and an eligible coach must be available. Coaching capacity comes from coach student limits and, on hosted days, group capacity. An offering has no separate stock field. Use Change a booking to reassign a purchased coach.
