Admins edit their organization’s profile. Operators and viewers can read it. They cannot change it.

Change profile details

  1. Open Organization Profile under Settings.
  2. Update Name, contact details, Timezone, or Currency as needed.
  3. Set Legal name if the site footer needs a different copyright holder.
  4. Select Save Organization Profile.
  5. Check for the saved notice.

Name appears on your site and in emails. Contact email receives rider replies to receipts, pass emails, and booking emails. The site footer also shows your contact email and phone. Use an email address that your staff monitor. Your organization’s timezone is the default. A venue can set a different timezone for its event days.

Set vehicle requirements

Under Vehicle requirements, choose the fields riders must fill in for their own vehicle. Use Require vehicle year, Require vehicle make, Require vehicle model, and Require vehicle color as needed. All four fields are optional by default. For an on-track bike rental, staff assign the bike after purchase. Save the profile after changing these choices.

Show availability counts

Turn on Show exact spots left on your site to show how many spots remain. This applies to groups and add-ons. With this setting off, the site shows Available, Few left, or Sold out. Save the profile to apply the setting.

Enter complete https:// addresses under Social links. Leave an optional field blank to hide its link. For Full integration, Trackside sets Website to your primary site address. For Operations or rentals-only access, admins edit Website to link to an external site. Save the profile after editing links.

Check capabilities

Plan and capabilities shows which tools your organization has. LapBrain sets your integration level, Data Logger Rentals access, and site status. Contact LapBrain to change these settings.

  • Full integration includes Website tools and online sales.
  • Operations integration includes console tools without a hosted website.
  • Rentals-only access includes Data Logger Rentals without Website tools.

Data Logger Rentals needs its own access setting. Its screen appears only when that setting is on. The Payments value here is read-only. Admins change payment settings on the Payments screen.
