Choose images from Media Library for your page blocks. Each image field has Choose Image. The window shows image requirements and warns about small or unsuitable images. See Choose an image for a place.
Place Hero text and actions
Use Desktop text position and Phone text position to place the headline and buttons. Adjust Horizontal focus and Vertical focus for the desktop image crop. Adjust Phone horizontal focus and Phone vertical focus for the phone crop. The two previews show the crops.
Set Hero size to choose the height. Full — an opening image suits the home page. Compact — a page title over a photo suits other pages. Choose a Phone image to show a different photo on phones, such as a tall crop. Without a phone image, phones show the background image.
Set Button label and Button link for the main action. Select Add secondary action to add another button, up to two. Each secondary action needs an Action label and Action link. Select Remove secondary action to remove its label and link together. Select Save Block to save these changes. The Hero uses one still image.
Add photographic tiles
- Add a Feature tiles block.
- Select Add Tile.
- Under Tile image, select Choose Image and choose a photo.
- Enter a Tile title and Tile link.
- Add a Tile caption if needed.
Each tile links to its destination. Use up to 12 tiles.
Set Tile text to Over the photo to show the title and caption on a dark shade over the photo. Choose Below the photo — keeps titles level to show them under the photo. Use this option when the captions have different lengths.
Trackside chooses the number of columns, so each row is as full as possible. On phones, up to five tiles appear in one column. Six or more tiles appear two across.
Show whole gallery images
A Gallery crops its images to matching frames. Set Image framing to Show whole images — keeps text in artwork to show each image uncropped. Use this option for artwork or graphics that contain text.
Add a video or map
An Embed block accepts supported YouTube videos and Google Maps embeds. Enter the link under Video or map link. For Google Maps, use the embed link from the map’s sharing controls. Set Title to describe the video or map for screen readers. Trackside does not accept arbitrary scripts or HTML in a block. Select Save Block and check the Preview.
